Terms of Service

GENERAL
Commissioning me means you are agreeing to all of my Terms of Service and will abide to it.
Please provide references as clear and short as you canINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Client will only own the character rights, the art rights will still be owned by me. Unless there is an express or implied contractual agreement otherwise the ownership of the copyright in an artistic work will remain with the original artist (me). I am allowed to post the commission as my portfolio.PAYMENTS
Full payment has to be fulfilled after the first sketch.REVISIONS
Max revision is 2x after the first sketch is given.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Working timeline will usually be around 1-2 weeks for animated commissions. Depending on work load and waiting list, it can take as long as 2-3 months for.USAGE
Personal Use only.
Commercial Use will be charged:
100% for streaming/content use 200% for ads/merchandise useREFUNDS
under reasonable circumstances.COMMUNICATION
